If you are starting from the Cluj-Napoca city center, head towards Piata Unirii. From the square, take a right onto Bulevardul Eroilor. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Bulevardul 21 Decembrie 1989. Continue straight, passing the National Museum of Transylvanian History on your left. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach Piața Muzeului. The Carolina Obelisk is located at Piața Muzeului 2, easily visible in the square.

You can take Bus 24 or 30, which will drop you off near the square. Once you get off, walk a short distance towards Piața Muzeului 2, where the Carolina Obelisk is located.
