Start from the main square of Deva, known as Piata Unirii. Head east on Bulevardul 1 Decembrie 1918, walking straight until you reach the intersection with Strada Avram Iancu. Turn left onto Strada Avram Iancu. Continue walking for about 600 meters, and you will see Citadel Park on your right. The entrance is marked with signs.

From Deva's central bus station, take bus number 5 towards the 'Deva - Gară' stop. After getting off, walk straight for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Strada Avram Iancu. Turn right and walk for another 200 meters. Citadel Park will be on your left.
