Continue on DN17C for about 25 kilometers until you reach the village of Rodna. From Rodna, follow the local signs to Tăul Știol, which is approximately 10 kilometers further, primarily via unpaved roads. Be cautious as some roads may be narrow and winding. Make sure to have a reliable GPS or map to guide you through the rural paths.

Using public transportation, take a bus from Sighetu Marmației to Baia Mare. The bus station is located in the city center. Once you arrive in Baia Mare, transfer to a bus heading towards Rodna. Upon reaching Rodna, you will need to arrange for a taxi or a local ride to cover the last 10 kilometers to Tăul Știol, as public transport may not extend to this final stretch.
