    If you are driving from Drobeta-Turnu Severin, take DN6 towards Târgu Jiu. After approximately 30 km, turn left onto DJ670A towards Polovragi. Continue straight for about 20 km until you reach Polovragi. Follow the signs to Cheile Oltețului. Parking is available near the entrance to the nature reserve, which may incur a small fee (around 5 RON).

  • Public Transportation

    From Drobeta-Turnu Severin, take a local bus heading to Târgu Jiu. Once you reach Târgu Jiu, transfer to a bus heading towards Polovragi. The journey may take around 2-3 hours depending on connections. After arriving in Polovragi, you can either walk (approximately 30 minutes) or take a taxi to Cheile Oltețului, which should cost around 15-20 RON.

  • Taxi

    If you prefer, you can take a taxi directly from Drobeta-Turnu Severin to Cheile Oltețului. The taxi ride will take about an hour and cost approximately 150-200 RON. Ensure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.
