If you're traveling by car, start from Drobeta-Turnu Severin, which is the closest city. Head east on DN6 towards Craiova. After about 7 km, take the exit onto DJ607C towards Vodita. Continue on DJ607C for approximately 14 km. The monastery will be on your left side. There is usually parking available near the entrance.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a train or bus to Drobeta-Turnu Severin. From the train station or bus station, you can take a local bus heading towards Vodita or hire a taxi. If opting for a taxi, the ride from Drobeta-Turnu Severin to Vodita Monastery will take about 20 minutes and may cost around 50-70 RON. Confirm the fare with the driver before starting your trip.
