From the Sighișoara Train Station, exit the station and head south on Strada Sălciilor. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Bulevardul 1 Decembrie 1918. Turn left onto Bulevardul 1 Decembrie 1918 and walk for about 10 minutes. You will pass by various shops and cafes. Keep walking until you see the signs pointing towards the Citadel. Follow the signs and head towards the center of the old town. As you enter the old town, you will see a large clock tower (Turnul cu Ceas) on your left. Continue walking straight, and soon you will find the Statue of Vlad Tepes in the small square in front of the Church on the Hill.

If you are starting from the Clock Tower (Turnul cu Ceas), exit the tower and walk towards the main street, Strada Cetății. Continue straight until you reach the end of the street, where you'll find a small park. The Statue of Vlad Tepes is located within this park, which is just a short 5-minute walk from the Clock Tower.
