Walking
From the center of Sighisoara, head towards the main road, Strada Nicolae Balcescu. Walk straight until you reach the bus station, which is about a 10-minute walk from the Clock Tower. At the bus station, purchase a ticket for a bus heading to Târgu Mureș. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Upon arrival at the Târgu Mureș bus station, exit the station and head towards the right. Walk straight down Strada Gheorghe Doja until you reach Piața Teatrului. The Târgu Mureș National Theatre will be located at Piața Teatrului 1, just a short walk from the main road.

From Sighisoara's main square (Piața Cetății), locate the nearest bus stop where buses to Târgu Mureș depart. You may take any local transit that goes to the bus station if needed. Once at the bus station, board the bus to Târgu Mureș. After approximately 1.5 hours, you will arrive at the Târgu Mureș bus station. From there, exit the station, walk to the right along Strada Gheorghe Doja, then take a left turn onto Piața Teatrului. The theatre is at Piața Teatrului 1.
