Start at the Sighisoara Clock Tower, which is located in the central square. From the Clock Tower, walk down the main street towards the Citadel. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Strada Nicodim Munteanu. Turn right onto this street. Follow it until you see signs pointing towards 'Scara Şcolarilor'. After a short walk, you will arrive at the base of The Covered Stairway, which is located at Scara Şcolarilor, Sighișoara 545400.

If you are starting from the Church on the Hill, exit the church and head down the path leading back towards the Citadel. Turn left onto Strada Nicolae Balcescu. Continue along this road until you reach the junction with Strada Nicodim Munteanu. Turn left here and follow the signs to 'Scara Şcolarilor'. The Covered Stairway will be on your right-hand side.

For those coming from the bus station, walk towards the city center along Strada 1 Decembrie 1918. Continue straight until you reach the Clock Tower. From there, follow the first guidance description to The Covered Stairway.
