Walking
If you are in downtown Kigali, start at the Kigali City Tower located at Avenue du Commerce. Walk down Avenue du Commerce towards the intersection with Rue de l'Indépendance. From there, take a left onto Rue de l'Indépendance and walk straight until you reach the Nyabugogo Bus Terminal, which is about a 20-minute walk. At the bus terminal, look for a moto-taxi (motorcycle taxi) stand. Negotiate a fare with one of the drivers to take you to 4 KG 159 St. The ride should take approximately 15 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive, you will see signs for the Airport Kigali viewpoint.

From the Kigali City Center, walk to the Nyabugogo Bus Terminal. Here, you will find buses that head towards the Kanombe area, which is near the Airport Kigali viewpoint. After getting off, you may need to walk a short distance (about 5-10 minutes) to reach the viewpoint.
