Walking
From the center of Muhanga, head towards the main road (RN3). You can ask locals for directions to the RN3 if unsure. Walk along the RN3 for about 2 kilometers towards Kigali. You will pass through some local shops and small eateries. Keep an eye out for the signs pointing towards Kigali. The Campaign Against Genocide Museum will be on your left side, just before you reach the outskirts of Kigali. It is a well-marked building, and you can spot it from the road.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local vendors in Muhanga. Start by cycling towards the RN3. Once you reach the RN3, head north towards Kigali. The route is fairly straightforward and takes you along the main road. After cycling approximately 2 kilometers, you will see the Campaign Against Genocide Museum on your left. There are bike racks available for you to secure your bicycle while you visit the museum.

Moto-Taxi
Find a moto-taxi (motorcycle taxi) in the center of Muhanga. Inform the driver that you would like to go to the Campaign Against Genocide Museum located on RN3, Kigali. The ride should take about 10 minutes depending on traffic. The driver will take you directly to the museum, and you can pay them upon arrival.
