If you have a rental car or your own vehicle, drive towards the town of Musanze, which is a central hub in Northern Province. From Musanze, take the road heading east towards the town of Kinigi. Continue to follow the road until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Ruhengeri. Turn left onto this road. After about 5 kilometers, you will see signs for HiRwanda on your right.
