If you are driving from any location within Volcanoes National Park, head towards the main road leading out of the park. Follow the signs towards Musanze (Ruhengeri). Once you reach the junction near Musanze, take the road towards Kigali. Continue on this road for approximately 90 kilometers until you reach Kigali. Upon entering Kigali, follow the directions to the city center. Look for 97AVE KG 5 Ave; Wildlife Tours Rwanda is located at Mercy House on this avenue. The journey should take about 2 to 3 hours, depending on road conditions.

To utilize public transportation, first make your way to the nearest bus station in Volcanoes National Park. Look for a bus heading to Musanze (Ruhengeri). The bus ride will take about 1 hour. Once you arrive in Musanze, transfer to a bus heading towards Kigali. This second leg of the journey will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Upon reaching Kigali, disembark at the central bus station. From there, you can take a motorcycle taxi (moto) or a local taxi to Mercy House, 97AVE KG 5 Ave, which should cost around 1,000 to 2,000 Rwandan Francs.
