Walking
Start your journey at the Basseterre Ferry Terminal. Exit the terminal and head towards the main road (Bay Road). Turn left and walk along Bay Road until you reach the junction with Cayon Street. Continue straight on Bay Road, which will eventually curve into the Frigate Bay Road. Follow this road for approximately 2 miles. As you approach the Frigate Bay area, look for signs directing you to South Friars Bay. Once you reach the entrance to South Friars Bay, you will see a path leading down to the beach.

From Basseterre, walk to the nearby bus terminal located on the corner of Edward Street and the Bay Road. Look for buses heading towards Frigate Bay. Board a bus that has 'Frigate Bay' marked on it.
