Getting There

Walking
From the center of Basseterre, start at the Circus roundabout, which is a prominent landmark. Head southeast on Fort Street (the main street) towards the coast. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Bank Street. Turn left onto Bank Street and follow it until you reach the waterfront. At the end of Bank Street, turn right onto the Bay Road. Continue walking along the Bay Road, which will take you past various shops and restaurants. After about 20 minutes of walking, you will reach the entrance to Frigate Bay. Look for signs that will direct you to the beach area.
