Getting There

Car
If you are traveling by car from Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park, head east on the main road (W. S. D. A. F. Road) towards the town of Sandy Point. After about 15 minutes, you will reach the junction with the C627 road. Turn left onto C627, which will take you through beautiful scenery towards Belle Vue. Continue on C627 for approximately 10 minutes until you reach the Mount Liamuiga Trailhead. Look for the trailhead entrance where you can park your car. Note that parking may not have a fee, but check for any signage at the site.

Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, you can take a bus from Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park to Sandy Point. Buses are available at regular intervals, and the journey will take about 20 minutes. Once you arrive in Sandy Point, you may need to take a taxi to the C627 road entrance. Taxis are available near the bus stop. Inform the taxi driver you want to go to Mount Liamuiga Trailhead, and the fare should be around $10 to $15. After arriving at the trailhead, you can begin your hike to the True Summit.
