If you are driving, begin at the main entrance of Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park. Head southeast on the main road, following the signs towards the fortress. Continue along this road for approximately 1 mile (1.6 km) until you reach the fork; keep left to stay on the main road. After another 0.5 miles (800 meters), you will see a sign for the Prince of Wales Bastion on your right. Turn onto the unnamed road (coordinates: 17.346816, -62.837034) and follow it for about 0.3 miles (500 meters) until you reach the bastion. Parking is available nearby, but there may be a small fee for parking within the park.

For those using public transportation, look for a local bus that services the area around Brimstone Hill Fortress. Buses typically depart from Basseterre and Sandy Point Town. Ask the driver to drop you off at Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park. Once you arrive at the park entrance, you can either walk or take a short taxi ride to the Prince of Wales Bastion. If you choose to walk, follow the same path as drivers; it is about a 20-minute walk to the bastion from the park entrance.
