Walking
From the center of Charlestown, head south on Main Street towards the sea. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the ferry terminal. Turn left onto the road towards the ferry terminal. Walk past the ferry terminal, and you will see signs for the Nevis Botanical Gardens. Follow the signs, as the path will lead you along the coast. Continue walking for approximately 1.5 miles (2.4 km) until you reach the entrance of Nevis Botanical Gardens at Montpelier Estates.

Bus
Starting from the Charlestown Market, catch a bus heading towards Montpelier Estates. Buses are frequent and only cost a small fee. Inform the driver that you are going to Nevis Botanical Gardens. The bus will drop you off at the nearest stop to the gardens. From the bus stop, it is a short walk following the signs to the entrance of the gardens, which is around 0.5 miles (800 meters) away.
