Walking
From the center of Charlestown, start at the main square (the intersection near the National Museum). Head southeast on Main Street towards the Nevis Craft House. Continue walking until you reach the end of Main Street, where it becomes a dirt road. Follow this road until you reach the sign for Nevis Peak, which will lead you towards the foot of the volcano. The trailhead is located approximately 2 miles from the main square.
