Getting There

Walking
From the center of Cotton Ground, head south towards the main road (Main Street). Once you reach Main Street, turn left and continue walking until you reach the junction with Wingfield Road. Turn right onto Wingfield Road. Continue straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and beautiful scenery along the way. Keep an eye out for signs that indicate the direction towards Old Road Town. As you approach Old Road Town, look for the Old Road Rum Co, which is located on your left at the Wingfield Estate Sugar Plantation Ruins, just before you reach the main entrance of the plantation.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From Cotton Ground, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Main Street. Look for a bus heading towards Old Road Town. Buses typically pass every 15-20 minutes. Once you board the bus, inform the driver that you want to go to Old Road Town. The journey should take about 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive in Old Road Town, disembark at the nearest stop, and you will be a short walk away from Wingfield Road. Head north on Wingfield Road for about 5 minutes, and you will see the Old Road Rum Co on your left.

If you prefer a more direct route, find a local taxi service in Cotton Ground. You can ask your hotel or nearby shops to call one for you. Once the taxi arrives, tell the driver you would like to go to Old Road Rum Co at Wingfield Estate Sugar Plantation Ruins. The journey will take approximately 10 minutes, depending on traffic. The taxi will drop you off right at the entrance of the plantation.
