From the center of Cotton Ground, head south towards the main road. Continue straight until you reach the junction where you see the sign for Frigate Bay. Turn right at the junction and follow the road for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and restaurants along the way. Keep walking straight until you see signs for South Friars Bay. The beach will be on your left side.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from Cotton Ground and ride south towards the main road. Merge onto the road leading to Frigate Bay, which is about 1.5 kilometers from Cotton Ground. The ride is relatively flat and scenic. Upon reaching the sign for South Friars Bay, take the left turn onto the coastal road, and you will find the beach just a short distance ahead on your left.

To reach South Friars Bay via public transport, find the nearest bus stop in Cotton Ground. Look for a bus heading towards Frigate Bay. The bus ride should take around 10-15 minutes.
