From South Frigate Bay Beach, head north on the main road (Frigate Bay Road) towards the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the main highway (Bay Road). Continue on this road for approximately 5 km. You will pass through several residential areas and reach a fork in the road. Keep left to remain on Bay Road. After about 1 km, you will see signs directing you towards Basseterre. Follow the signs for Basseterre. Once you enter the city, look for Independence Square, which is located in the center of Basseterre. There is parking available nearby, but it may have costs associated with it, so be prepared to pay for parking if needed.

From South Frigate Bay Beach, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Frigate Bay Road. Look for a bus heading towards Basseterre; these buses are usually marked with their destination.
