  • Walking

    If you are in Anse la Raye, start at the main street (the waterfront). Head northeast along the waterfront road towards the Anse la Raye fish market. Continue walking until you reach the junction at the top of the hill where the road splits. Take the left turn that leads into the village. Follow this road as it curves and eventually heads uphill. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will reach the main road that leads to Morne Fortune. Turn left onto this road and continue walking for about 20 minutes. You will pass by the local shops and houses. Keep an eye out for the sign for Old Victoria Road on your right. Turn onto Old Victoria Road, and after a short walk, you will find Howelton Estate 1896 on your left.

    From Anse la Raye, walk to the main road where you can catch a minibus heading towards Castries. Make sure to tell the driver you want to get off at Morne Fortune. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Morne Fortune stop, get off and walk back along the road a little until you see Old Victoria Road on your left. Take this road, and Howelton Estate 1896 will be on your left after a short walk.
