Great tour with a great tour guide.

Kelly did a great job taking care of us. While taking us on the trip, we had some lovely conversations, cool little factoids about the island and had an overall great time. The mudbaths were unexpectedly soothing and felt amazing after the bath. The waterfall was pretty cold at first but very refreshing after a minute or two under the waterfall. I would highly recommend water shoes, as the ground in the waterfall area is rocky. The second time into the waterfall area, I wore sandals into the water and they ended up breaking. Finally we ended the tour with a buffet meal. The meal was extra but SO worth it. Kelly was amazing. Took pictures, explained everything as we went along and was an overall great tour guide. I would highly recommend this tour.

Raft, Rum & Chocolate Fun

Great, unique experience. One of the more expensive tours though. A lot of time driving to get to each destination. Chocolate making was fun and only 6 of us so it was more personalized. The bamboo rafting was very cool, chillin down the river. Rum tasting was self serve. Several rum flavors to try. We got a few bottles 😊. Overall, very good experience

Our group of 3 was planning to rent a car for the day to check out some of the sites further out, but opted for this at the last second. We couldn’t be more glad that we did and Shone alone made it worthwhile. First, the 4x4 was by far the smoothest vehicle we rode in on the island. Saint Lucia is very hilly, especially on the scenic and rugged south side of the island. The Jeep was perfectly suited for this, not to mention the open roof giving you more photo opportunities. There also isn’t a Jeep dealership on the island, so it’d be extremely tough to find a Jeep in a rental fleet anywhere. Shone was extremely informative without be over the top or scripted. He took us on very scenic backroads that made it feel like we were truly experiencing Saint Lucia and not just sampling it. Although we were staying in Soufrière, this tour is a must especially if you’re on a cruise excursion or staying on the north side. There is something about Saint Lucia that just feels different than other destinations and it really shows in the culture and nature of the island’s more rural side. This tour offered all of the postcard views we were looking for, but let us go beyond the surface and appreciate what makes Saint Lucia so special.
