Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from the center of Soufriere, head southwest on the Soufriere Main Road (also known as the Basse Terre Road) towards the town of Belle Vue. Continue for about 5 kilometers until you reach a junction. At the junction, turn left onto an unnamed road and follow the signs towards Piton Falls. Keep an eye out for local signage as you navigate. Parking is available near the entrance to the falls, but be aware that a small fee may be charged for parking.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, you can take a minibus from Soufriere to Belle Vue. Look for a bus marked for Belle Vue at the main bus stop in Soufriere. The fare is generally inexpensive, around 2-3 Eastern Caribbean Dollars. Once you arrive in Belle Vue, you can either walk the remaining distance to Piton Falls (approximately 1 kilometer) or hire a local taxi if you're unsure about the walking route. Taxis are available in Belle Vue and should cost around 10-15 Eastern Caribbean Dollars for the short trip.

• Walking

  If you prefer to walk, start from the center of Soufriere and head towards the main road leading out of town. Follow the path towards Belle Vue, which is approximately a 5 km walk. The route is scenic, but make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water, as it can be quite warm. As you approach the falls, look for signs directing you to the entrance. The walk should take about 1 to 1.5 hours depending on your pace.
