Getting There

  • Walking

    Start from the center of Vieux Fort, at the main bus terminal. Head east on the main road (Micoud Highway) toward the airport. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by the Vieux Fort Police Station on your left. Keep walking until you reach the junction with the road leading to Chateau Belaire. Turn left at the junction and walk for another 500 meters. You will see the entrance to Têt Paul Nature Trail on your right. Follow the signs to reach the trailhead.

  • Bicycle

    If you have rented a bicycle, start at the main bus terminal in Vieux Fort. Cycle east along the Micoud Highway for around 1.5 kilometers, passing the Vieux Fort Police Station on your left. When you reach the junction for Chateau Belaire, turn left and continue for 500 meters. The entrance to Têt Paul Nature Trail will be on your right. Ensure you follow the road signs for the trail.

  • Taxi

    From anywhere in Vieux Fort, you can easily catch a local taxi. Simply tell the driver that you want to go to Têt Paul Nature Trail, located at Chateau Belaire. The ride should take about 10 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting the trip.
