To reach Ma Peggy Peak from Port Elizabeth, start at the main dock area. Head south on the main road towards the village of Lower Bay. Continue along this road until you reach a fork. Take the left path toward the trailhead marked for Ma Peggy Peak. As you begin your ascent, follow the markers along the trail, which will lead you through lush vegetation. The hike is moderate, taking approximately 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on your pace. Along the way, you will encounter beautiful views of the coastline and surrounding islands. Once you reach the peak, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Bequia and the Caribbean Sea.

If you are starting from Lower Bay, head towards the trailhead located at the base of Ma Peggy Peak. The trail begins at the end of the road, which is marked with a small sign. Follow the well-trodden path through the forest, keeping an eye out for local flora and fauna. The walk is steep in places, so make sure to wear good footwear. The hike from Lower Bay to the peak will take around 30 to 45 minutes. Upon reaching the summit, you will be rewarded with stunning vistas and the chance to take memorable photographs.
