Getting There

  • Car

    From Young Island, head north towards the main road (A1). Continue on A1 for about 2.5 kilometers until you reach the junction for Byera Hill. Turn right onto Byera Hill Road. After approximately 1 kilometer, look for the signs directing you to Black Point Tunnel. The entrance will be on your left.

  • Public Transportation

    Take a minibus from Young Island towards Kingstown. Inform the driver that you will be getting off at Byera Hill. This journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive, walk back down Byera Hill Road for approximately 1 kilometer. Look for signs directing you to Black Point Tunnel on your left.

  • Walking

    If you are staying in Young Island and prefer to walk, you can take a scenic route. Walk towards the main road (A1) and turn left. After about 2.5 kilometers, turn right onto Byera Hill Road. Continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer until you see the entrance to Black Point Tunnel on your left.
