If you're driving from Young Island, head south on the main road towards the ferry terminal. Follow signs for the ferry to Bequia. Once you reach the terminal, park your car in the designated parking area (note there may be a parking fee). Board the ferry to Bequia, which takes about 30 minutes. When you arrive at Bequia, exit the ferry and head south towards Lower Bay. The Sweet Retreat is located in Lower Bay, approximately a 10-minute drive or a 30-minute walk from the ferry terminal.

From Young Island, take a minibus heading to the ferry terminal. Minibuses are usually available at regular intervals. Once at the ferry terminal, purchase your ticket for the ferry to Bequia. After the ferry ride, once you arrive in Bequia, you can take another minibus or taxi to Lower Bay. The Sweet Retreat is a short distance from the main road, so you may need to walk the final stretch to reach your destination.
