From the center of Falealupo, head towards the coastal path that runs along the beach. Follow the path southwards, keeping the ocean on your right. After about 20 minutes of walking, you will reach a small junction. Here, take the path that leads towards the inland forest. This path will take you through some beautiful local scenery. Continue walking for another 15-20 minutes until you reach a clearing. From this clearing, you will have a view of the coastline. Keep walking towards the sound of the ocean, and you will soon arrive at Cape Mulinuu.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Falealupo. Start by cycling towards the beach path that runs along the coastline. Pedal south for approximately 30 minutes. You will pass by beautiful beaches and local landmarks. When you arrive at the junction, take the left path towards the inland forest. This path may have some elevation, so be prepared for a bit of a workout. After about 15 minutes of cycling through the forest, you will find a clearing. From there, head towards the sound of the waves, and you will reach Cape Mulinuu in no time.
