Getting There

  • Walking

    Start your journey at the central square of Borgo Maggiore, known as Piazza della Libertà. From the square, head towards Via Vignola, which is the main road leading out of Borgo Maggiore. Continue straight on Via Vignola for about 500 meters until you reach the junction with Via R. Margherita. Turn left onto Via R. Margherita and walk for another 300 meters. You will reach a bus stop where you can board a bus heading towards Città di San Marino.

    Board the bus at the stop and make sure it is headed towards Città di San Marino. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Enjoy the scenic views as you ascend the mountain. Disembark at the bus stop near the historic center, which is close to the Basilica of Saint Marinus.
