From the center of Point E, head towards Avenue Cheikh Anta Diop. Walk straight along this avenue until you reach the intersection with Rue 10. Turn left onto Rue 10 and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Boulevard de la République. Turn right onto Boulevard de la République and follow it until you see signs directing you to Corniche Ouest. This walk should take about 20-30 minutes, depending on your pace.

Simply flag down a taxi-bike and inform the driver you want to go to Corniche Ouest (MGQG+2WX, Dakar).
