If you are in Vračar, you can easily walk to The Old Palace. Start by heading towards the nearest main street, which is Bulevar kralja Aleksandra. From there, head northwest until you reach the intersection with Dragoslava Jovanovića Street. Turn left onto Dragoslava Jovanovića Street and continue straight. The Old Palace will be on your right at Dragoslava Jovanovića 2. The walk should take about 10-15 minutes depending on your starting point.

Public Transport - Tram
If you prefer to use public transport, you can take Tram Line 2 or 3. Locate the nearest tram stop (e.g., at Bulevar kralja Aleksandra) and board the tram heading towards the direction of the city center. Get off at the 'Rajićeva' stop, which is about a 6-minute ride. From the tram stop, walk east on Dragoslava Jovanovića Street for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at The Old Palace.
