From the center of Kragujevac, head to the main bus station (Autobuska Stanica). Take bus number 3 towards Despotovac. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Despotovac bus station, exit the bus and walk along the main road (Despota Stefana Lazarevića). The Manasija Monastery will be located approximately 1.5 kilometers ahead on your left. Follow the road signs directing you towards the monastery.
