If you're traveling by car, start by heading out of the center of Toplica towards the main road (Route 22). Follow Route 22 for approximately 5 kilometers. You will see signs for Cerje Cave as you approach the area. Take the exit toward Cerje, and continue along the local road for 2 kilometers. You will find a parking area near the entrance to the cave. Be aware that you may need to pay for parking at this location.

For those using public transportation, you can take a bus from Toplica to the nearest town with access to Cerje Cave. Buses run regularly from Toplica to the town of Prokuplje. The journey takes around 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Prokuplje, you will need to take a local taxi or arrange for a rideshare to reach Cerje Cave, which is about 10 kilometers away. Expect to pay a taxi fare of approximately 1000 RSD (around $10) for the ride.
