Getting there

Bicycle

Start at the main village of La Digue. Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops near the jetty. From the village, head south towards Anse La Réunion. Continue along the coast until you reach the junction towards Anse Source d'Argent. Instead of going to the beach, take the path that leads you west. Follow the signs toward Anse aux Cedres. The ride will take approximately 20 minutes, and you'll be enjoying beautiful coastal views along the way. Keep an eye out for the turn-off marked 'JR9P+F6G, Анс Окс Седр' and follow the path until you reach your destination.

Walking

If you prefer walking, start from the main village of La Digue. Head south towards Anse La Réunion on foot. This route takes you along the scenic coastline. After about 30 minutes of walking, you'll reach a fork in the road. Take the path leading west towards Anse aux Cedres, which is indicated by local signs. The path is well-trodden and offers beautiful views of the ocean. Continue along the path until you reach Anse aux Cedres. The total walking time from the village to Anse aux Cedres is approximately 1 hour.

Horse Cart

In La Digue, you can also opt for a horse-drawn cart, which is a unique way to explore the island. Start at the main village and find a horse cart service nearby. Inform the driver that you want to go to Anse aux Cedres. The ride will take you through scenic routes, and you can enjoy the island's charm. The total ride will take around 25-30 minutes, and the driver will drop you off at the nearest point to Anse aux Cedres.
