Walking
If you're starting from the main village area of La Digue, head towards the main road (L'Union Estate Road) which leads away from the beach. Walk along this road until you reach the junction at the Anse Source d'Argent. From here, continue straight onto the main road for about 1 km. Look out for signs directing you to Glacis La Reserve Trail. The entrance to the trail is located across the road from the Seychelles Prison. You will see a small pathway leading into the reserve; follow this path to start your hike.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in La Digue. Once you have your bike, head towards the main road (L'Union Estate Road) and continue cycling straight for approximately 2 km. Keep an eye out for the signs that indicate Glacis La Reserve Trail. The trail entrance will be on your right, opposite the Seychelles Prison. Park your bike at the entrance and follow the path into the trail area.
