Walking
From the center of Victoria, start at the Victoria Clocktower, which is a central landmark. Walk towards the east along Independence Avenue until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto La Misere Road. Continue walking along La Misere Road. It's a steep route, so be prepared for a bit of an uphill walk. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will see signs directing you to the View Point Over Victoria and Eden Island. Follow these signs until you reach the observation deck, which offers stunning views of Victoria and Eden Island.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the Victoria Bus Station, take bus number 22 or 23 that heads towards La Misere. The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Alight at the La Misere junction. From there, you will need to walk along La Misere Road for about 1 kilometer until you see the signs for the View Point Over Victoria and Eden Island. It's a bit of an uphill trek from the bus stop, so wear comfortable shoes.
