Walking
From Chinatown MRT Station, exit through Exit A towards Pagoda Street. Walk straight along Pagoda Street until you reach South Bridge Road. Turn right and continue walking until you reach Upper Cross Street. From there, take a left on Upper Cross Street and continue until you reach the junction with Hill Street. At this junction, turn right onto Hill Street and walk straight until you reach the Singapore River. Cross the river using the bridge and continue straight until you reach the bus stop. Here, you can catch Bus 198 heading towards Jurong East, which will take you close to Yuan Ching Road.

Public Transport
From Chinatown, walk to the nearest bus stop at Chinatown Point. Board Bus 147 heading towards Jurong East Interchange. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Jurong East Interchange, transfer to Bus 505 and disembark at the bus stop closest to Yuan Ching Rd. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to Jurong Lake Gardens.

If you are already at the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, exit the temple and head towards Sago Street. Walk straight until you reach the junction with Pagoda Street. Turn left onto Pagoda Street and walk until you reach the traffic lights at the junction with South Bridge Road. Cross the road and continue straight to reach the nearest bus stop. Take Bus 198 from there, which will take you towards Yuan Ching Road.
