From Chinatown MRT Station, exit at Exit A. Walk towards the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum, which is located on Jalan Bukit Merah. Head north on Jalan Bukit Merah and turn left onto South Bridge Road. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Clarke Quay. Cross the river via the bridge and continue along the road until you reach the Raffles Place MRT Station. From there, take the East West Line towards Pasir Ris and get off at Bugis Station. From Bugis Station, exit at Exit D and walk straight along Victoria Street until you reach Waterloo Street. The Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple will be on your left at 178 Waterloo St.
