Start at Chinatown MRT Station (NE4). Exit the station and head towards Pagoda Street. Walk straight until you reach Smith Street. Turn left on Smith Street and continue walking until you hit the junction with New Bridge Road. At this junction, turn right onto New Bridge Road. You will see the bus stop; take Bus 123 towards VivoCity. Get off at the Harbourfront Bus Interchange. From there, follow the signs to the Sentosa Express monorail station located on the 3rd floor of VivoCity. Take the Sentosa Express to Imbiah Lookout station, which is your stop for the Sentosa Merlion. Once you exit, follow the signs to reach the Sentosa Merlion, which is a short walk away.

From Chinatown MRT Station (NE4), take the Downtown Line (Blue Line) towards Bukit Panjang. Change at the Bugis MRT Station (DT14/EW12) and transfer to the East West Line (Green Line) towards Pasir Ris. Get off at the Tanah Merah MRT Station (EW4). From there, take Bus 35 from Tanah Merah Bus Terminal towards the Expo. Get off at the Harbourfront Bus Interchange. Follow the signs to the Sentosa Express monorail station located on the 3rd floor of VivoCity. Take the Sentosa Express to Imbiah Lookout station, where you will find the Sentosa Merlion.
