Travel Guide to The Landmark Condo

Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from Holland Village, start by heading east on Holland Avenue. Turn left onto Bukit Timah Road (Bukit Timah Rd). Continue straight for approximately 1.5 km until you reach the junction with River Valley Road. Turn left onto River Valley Road, and after about 400 meters, take a right onto Chin Swee Road. The Landmark Condo will be on your left at 173 Chin Swee Rd, Singapore 169878. There is parking available on-site, so keep an eye out for signage.

• Public Transport - Bus

  From Holland Village, walk to the nearest bus stop on Holland Road. Take bus number 7, 75, or 106 towards the city center. After approximately 15 minutes, alight at the River Valley Road stop. From there, it is about a 10-minute walk to The Landmark Condo. Walk east along River Valley Road until you reach Chin Swee Road, then turn left. The Landmark Condo will be on your left at 173 Chin Swee Rd, Singapore 169878.

• Public Transport - MRT & Bus

  If you prefer the MRT, walk to the Holland Village MRT Station and take the MRT on the Circle Line (Yellow Line) towards Dhoby Ghaut. At Dhoby Ghaut station, transfer to the North-South Line (Red Line) and head towards Marina South Pier. Alight at the next station, which is Clarke Quay. From Clarke Quay, exit the station and walk to the bus stop at the junction of River Valley Road. Take bus number 32 or 195, and alight at the Chin Swee Road stop. The Landmark Condo will be directly ahead at 173 Chin Swee Rd, Singapore 169878.
