If you're driving from Kampong Glam, start by heading northwest on North Bridge Road. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Bussorah Street. Turn left onto Bussorah Street and then take another left onto Dunlop Street. Little South India will be on your left. Parking may be limited in the area, so be prepared to find a nearby parking lot or street parking.

From Kampong Glam, walk to the nearest MRT station, Bugis MRT Station (approximately 700 meters). Take the Downtown Line towards Bukit Panjang and alight at Little India MRT Station (2 stops). Once you exit the station, take Exit A for Serangoon Road. Walk straight down Serangoon Road, then turn right onto Dunlop Street. Little South India will be on your right. The MRT fare will be around SGD 1.50.
