If you are driving from Labrador Nature Reserve, head east on Labrador Villa Road towards the junction with Telok Blangah Road. Continue on Telok Blangah Road until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Siloso Road. Follow Siloso Road until you see signs for Wings of Time. The destination is located at 60 Siloso Beach. Note that there may be parking fees at the designated parking areas near Siloso Beach.

Public Transportation
From Labrador Nature Reserve, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the entrance of the park. Take bus number 408 towards the HarbourFront Bus Interchange. Alight at the HarbourFront MRT Station. From there, transfer to the Sentosa Express monorail at the VivoCity shopping mall. Take the monorail to Beach Station. Once you arrive at Beach Station, it's a short 10-minute walk to Siloso Beach where Wings of Time is located at 60 Siloso Beach. The bus fare is approximately SGD 1.50 and the monorail fare is SGD 4.00.
