From Labrador Nature Reserve, take Jalan Buroh and continue onto Pioneer Road. Turn left onto Jalan Boon Lay, then take the Pan Island Expressway (PIE) towards Changi Airport. Take Exit 36 onto the Kranji Expressway (KJE) and continue until you reach the Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve.

From Labrador Park MRT station, take the Circle Line towards HarbourFront and alight at Buona Vista MRT station. Transfer to the East-West Line towards Pasir Ris and alight at Choa Chu Kang MRT station. Take bus service 925 from Choa Chu Kang bus interchange and alight at Kranji Reservoir Park. Walk about 10 minutes to reach Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve.
