Upon arrival at Batam Centre, exit the terminal and head west along Jl. Engku Putri. Continue walking for about 15 minutes; Alun Alun Batam Centre will be on your right.

Walk west along Jl. Engku Putri for approximately 15 minutes until you reach Alun Alun Batam Centre on your right.
