Walking
If you are at Marina Bay Sands, exit the shopping mall and head towards the Marina Bay waterfront. Walk along the promenade towards the Merlion Park. From there, continue walking along the path towards the Esplanade. Once you reach the Esplanade, take the pedestrian bridge towards the city. After crossing the bridge, walk straight until you reach Raffles Avenue. From Raffles Avenue, turn left and continue walking until you reach the junction with Bras Basah Road. Cross the road and head straight onto Bencoolen Street. Keep walking until you reach the junction with Serangoon Road, then turn right. Continue walking straight for approximately 15 minutes, and you will arrive at 37 Kerbau Rd, where the Former House of Tan Teng Niah is located.

Public Transport - MRT
From Marina Bay, walk to the Bayfront MRT Station (CE1). Take the Circle Line (Yellow Line) towards Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station (CC1/NE6). At Dhoby Ghaut, transfer to the North East Line (Purple Line) and take the train towards Punggol MRT Station. Get off at Little India MRT Station (NE7). Exit the station and head towards Serangoon Road. Walk straight for about 10 minutes, following the signs to Little India. You will reach Kerbau Road, where the Former House of Tan Teng Niah is located.

From Marina Bay, walk to the nearest bus stop, 'Marina Bay Sands Hotel'. Catch bus number 106 towards Bukit Merah Interchange. Get off at the stop 'Serangoon Road - Opposite Little India MRT Station'. From there, walk along Serangoon Road for about 5 minutes, then turn left onto Kerbau Road. Continue walking for a short distance, and you will arrive at 37 Kerbau Rd, the location of the Former House of Tan Teng Niah.
