Walking
If you are near the Marina Bay Sands, head towards the direction of the ArtScience Museum. From there, follow the promenade along the waterfront until you reach the bridge that leads to the Esplanade. Cross the bridge and continue walking straight until you reach the junction with Raffles Avenue. From here, turn left onto Raffles Avenue and keep walking until you reach the intersection with Victoria Street. The National Library / Lee Kong Chian Reference Library will be on your right at 100 Victoria St.

Locate the nearest bus stop, which might be at Marina Bay Sands or near the Esplanade. Take bus number 7 or 106 towards the direction of Bras Basah. After a few stops, alight at the bus stop on Victoria Street. Cross the road and walk a short distance; you will find the National Library / Lee Kong Chian Reference Library at 100 Victoria St.

Make your way to the nearest MRT station, which might be Bayfront MRT Station. Take the Downtown Line towards Bukit Panjang and transfer at the Botanic Gardens MRT Station to the Circle Line.
