If you are at Marina Bay Sands, exit the shopping mall and head towards the Marina Bay waterfront. Walk along the waterfront promenade towards the Esplanade. Continue walking straight until you reach the Esplanade Bridge. Cross the bridge and head towards the Raffles Place MRT station. From the station, exit towards the Customs House. City View is located at 70 Collyer Quay, right next to the Customs House.

If you are at the Merlion Park, face the Marina Bay Sands and walk straight towards the Fullerton Hotel. Continue walking along the road until you reach the intersection with Collyer Quay.
