Walking
If you are near Marina Bay Sands, head towards the Marina Bay Waterfront Promenade. Walk along the promenade towards the direction of the Merlion Park. As you walk, you will see the iconic Marina Bay Sands hotel on your left. Continue walking until you reach the Esplanade Bridge. Cross the bridge, and you will find yourself at the Esplanade, a prominent arts center. From the Esplanade, continue walking straight towards the Marina Bay Financial Centre. Take the first left onto Marina Boulevard and continue walking until you reach 1 Marina Boulevard, where Progressive Flow is located at #B1-01.

Public Transport - MRT
Start by making your way to the nearest MRT station, which could be Bayfront MRT Station (CE1/DT16). From the station, take Exit B and walk towards the Marina Bay Sands. After exiting, head towards the Marina Bay Waterfront Promenade and follow the walking directions mentioned earlier. If you are at the Raffles Place MRT Station (EW14/NS26), take the Exit H and walk towards Marina Bay, following the same path through the Financial Centre and Marina Boulevard to reach Progressive Flow.
