Walking

Transfer to the North-East Line (purple line) towards Punggol. Alight at Outram Park MRT Station (1 stop). Exit the station and head towards New Bridge Road. Walk straight along New Bridge Road and turn left onto Neil Road. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach NUS Baba House at 157 Neil Rd.
Walking

If you are near the ION Orchard, exit the mall and walk towards Orchard Link, then head to Orchard MRT Station. Follow the previous steps from Orchard MRT Station.
Bus

From Orchard Road, you can take any bus heading towards Dhoby Ghaut, such as bus 7, 14, 16, or 36. Alight at the Dhoby Ghaut bus stop. Walk to Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station, and follow the MRT instructions to Outram Park MRT Station. From there, walk to Neil Road as described above.
