    From Orchard Road, you can take any bus heading towards Dhoby Ghaut, such as bus 7, 14, 16, or 36. Alight at the Dhoby Ghaut bus stop. Walk to Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station, and follow the MRT instructions to Outram Park MRT Station. From there, walk to Neil Road as described above.
